[2022] can't invite friends or be invited by them

Hello, @Cs_Juli! I am sorry to hear that you are unable to invite your friends or be invited by them. Are you receiving any error messages when trying to invite friends or be invited? Also, please insure that you are not set to invisible in Ubisoft Connect and disable any VPN's you may be using.

If possible can you send us a screenshot of any error messages displayed when you're trying to invite or if you're unable to send/receive invites and not receiving any error messages please explain exactly what is preventing you from doing so please?

@azabka2009 @Matrival Is the Invite friends button grayed out for you when trying to click it. To help share this with the team moving forward, could you share a short video clip of this behavior when trying to invite friends?

Hello everyone, thank you for letting us know you have recently experienced this issue when inviting your friends on different platforms for cross-play matches.

I am trying now 2 days to invite my friends too, I am on my Pc and they on Ps4, I can see them online, can Invite them, but they dont get a message for my invite and the other way around, they cant invite me. If you need some screenshots you can tell it to me.

The cross-play features will allow you to matchmake with players across different platforms, however, PC players will not be matched with console players, only Stadia.

This means for those of you playing on PC trying to invite friends on console and vice versa, this will not work at the moment.
