In regard to your temporary ban I am sorry to say we are unable to remove these. You will need to wait for the ban to be over before being able to play again.

Please be assured, we are able to ban console players for using DDoS and we take this very seriously.

We do appreciate any help in reporting hacking and cheating in our games and we encourage players to reach out to us on through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter with any evidence in the form of player names, videos and the date and time it happened and to either tag us in a message or private message our accounts.

I'm not sure I understand when we say "1 and a half bar of health". An image or video would be very much appreciated so I can give a better answer

Kali's sniper is very strong and it is a 1 hit kill from the torso, however it can take more than 1 shot depending on range and other body parts such as the BUTT-OCKS!

If they can’t even ban those guys what’s the point of reporting the teams that ddos at the end of the game so you get no elo and waste 40+ mins playing a game. Got ddossed a record 5 times yesterday and that was before the server lag started after the update.

Ubisoft stop pretending you’re banning anyone at all. Takes too much time to report a player for you to do jack **** about it.

All player reports are investigated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the team.

As Support we cannot provide the expected time for reports to be looked into or the expected outcome, but rest assured DDoS reports are being taken very seriously as part of the teams current focus on addressing the Communities Concerns and Top issues, which you can read more into here.
