I Logged into my game on Xbox I looked through my charms and I can't find two of my silver and Golden Go4 charms. (PLEASE HELP)

If you are playing on multiple platforms and missing these two charms on Xbox but see them on other platforms, I would make sure that all accounts have been appropriately linked together. @Qzdexi-Dev Gotcha. To confirm, what platform were you on where you originally earned the charms? And to make sure, are the charms the only items you are currently missing when logging in on your Xbox?
