Thanks for your reports. Can I ask you all to attempt a fresh installation of the game please? We need to verify that the issue definitely persists after the latest hotfix that was pushed a few days ago which was intended to resolve the issue. If we can confirm that it does then we'll inform the development team the issue is still present.

I'm sorry to read you are still affected by this issue, it sounds like the one we tried to fix with a hotfix. I would like to keep this thread open for the time being, to see if reinstalling worked for other players.

In the meantime, I'd like to suggest power-cycling the Xbox, if you haven't done so already. Here you go: https://support.ubisoft.com/Faqs/000026628/

That will clear the cache; always worth a try.

This reported fixed after a hotfix patch on the 14/10/2020.

-This issue last affected me on 07/11/2020 (7th Nov)
-The only common factor in my audio cutting out tends to be if their is an explosion nearby i.e. an impact grenade blowing a whole in a wall, Zofia or Ash using their launchers or Oryx bursting through a wall. I crashed three times on the day in question. The first I ran through a wall as Oryx and the sound cut out. The second the explosion from a grenade thrown by a teammate went off near me followed by the sound cutting out. The third time the sound cut out when Zofia opened a wall next to me with her launcher. These examples could all just be bad timing but my sound nearly always seems to cut out when a wall or hatch gets destroyed very close to me or an explosion lands close to me.
