Hello around 10 days ago i found out that i have 8 operators that went missing including buck, Blackbeard, Zofia, Ying, dokiabe, lesion, cav and Valkyrie on rainbow six siege and i was wondering if i could get a explanation and a solution for my problem.

I've had a closer look at your account and it does seem a little odd that these operators went missing for you, therefore so that we could assist you with this further, I'd like to ask you to get through to us via one of the following channels directly, as it will involve discussing account related details, something we'd like to keep in private:

  1. Support website
  2. Facebook
  3. Twitter

Hey there @PaleThunder431 , thanks very much for reaching out about this, and welcome to the Siege forums! I understand you've not been able to find Operators in-game that you'd expected to have, and I'll be happy to help with this.

As far as I can see, we've not had any widespread reports of operators going missing, so I'm confident you'll be able to resolve this with some local troubleshooting. Can you run through the steps in our troubleshooting guide? In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game (such as firewalls or multiple antiviruses).

Please also double-check that you are logged into the correct account. Might you have other email addresses you'd used for other Ubisoft Connect accounts, where you'd been playing with these other operators? If unsure, I'd recommend reaching out to our support teams directly about this, as they may be able to help you track down any other accounts. Any of the three support links below will work for this 🙂
