So I just loaded in to a ranked game after not playing for a while, and while we were loading in I got kicked for Corrupt Memory. After ban phase. I"m currently verifying game files. I looked up a whole bunch of stuff but it seemed the threads were pretty old. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey there

Welcome to the forums!

This issue is most commonly caused by a background application being detected as a false positive by BattlEye so I would recommend attempting a clean boot first of all. If this still doesn't help then please try the following:

1) Scan your system for viruses/trojans/spyware and check your RAM for possible defects (using tools like Memtest86). If that doesn’t help, the game’s installation on your harddisk is possibly corrupted – therefore, try to reinstall the game.

2) Do you use the Windows Insider Build? If so can you please test if this issue occurs without it?

3) Please follow our Battleye TS:

o Use newest version of BattlEye
o Whitelist BEService.exe and BEService64.exe in firewall
o Make sure BELauncher has admin rights
o Search for windows updates and make sure your system is up to date.

If after attempting all of these steps you're still experiencing the same issue please let us know. Thanks!

Hi there.

Are you using MSI Dragon Center by any chance? We have received some reports that completely removing this application has resolved the issue for some players. I have forwarded this info on to the development team tonight so please let me know if this does work out for you.

Hey!

I'm not sure if all updates need to be uninstalled I'm afraid. These steps in particular seemed to resolve it for most players -

- Install Windows Updates
- Uninstall MSI Dragon Center
- Restart the PC

Hopefully that works! If not, I believe it would be best to try deleting the updates, then restarting.

Hey lFlakey, thanks for reaching out and welcome to forums!

If you have already tried all the steps suggested by BattlEye, I'd recommend to reach out to them regarding the matter and see whether they can provide you further assistance on this.
