Hello, I just got rainbow six the other day and I wanted to play some operations to get used to the game but whenever I get two minutes (or less) into the operation, the game just freezes for a second and crashes. Sometimes it just minimises and I cant do anything except close it through task manager. I get no error message and all my drivers are up to date :/

Hey KoziolGaming! I recommend trying these steps and seeing if they help with the crashing! If they do not help, you can try verifying files, if you haven't already. If that doesn't help, please create a support ticket with MSINFO and DXDIAG files so we can troubleshoot with you.

That's unusual and i'm sorry to hear this. If you experience this again, i'd follow the steps Unicorn posted above. We don't have enough information on this to treat it differently to a regular crash case at the moment but I will keep an eye on how it progresses

Hey,

Unfortunately it's due to the CPU being underspec. 4 cores are needed to run Siege: https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/Faqs/0...nbow-Six-Siege

Hey everyone.

As there have been a few recent reports of this I thought I would post an update here. PC crashes are usually caused by either a software or hardware issue, if the game or uPlay force closes without first giving any kind of error message.

In these situations there are quite a few things you can do to solve these issue. Please read on in this technical troubleshooting list for the most common fixes to PC crashes - https://ubi.li/EC819

If after trying ALL of the steps in the article, we can look into this further by asking you for your dxdiag and msinfo system files.

Everyone's computer is set up differently so ideally you will want to contact us through our support site so that we can look into your problem with greater detail.

You can find instructions on how to create these files below
DXDIAG - https://ubi.li/msrxL
MSINFO - https://ubi.li/lmiCE

Please log into our support site here with your Ubisoft ID -
https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New

Scroll to the bottom of the page and write in the text box a brief description of the problem, attach your system files, then click on 'Submit My Request'

We will try our best to respond to you within 48 hours and get back in touch with any updates. Thank you.
