Hello,
I played for a couple of hours, went on a break, wanted to play some more and this error appears.
undefined
Unable to start the game.
The product cannot be activated at this time.

Normally I play always through Gerforce NOW but its the same when starting directly form Uplay. What is that and how to get rid of it? Got 130 hr for now and only 47 % discovered, would be a shame if nothing could be done about it. Cheers!

@ethopiryna Hello there!

Thank you for posting, apologies for the delay in response here.

We can see that you've already been able to open a support ticket with us in regards to this. We're currently looking into a problem with this error message appearing when streaming AC Valhalla. Regrettably we have no ETA on more information at the moment, but please keep an eye on our News and Announcements page.

Many thanks.

I think that's a launcher error - you can start these games from EU4.exe amd ck3.exe okay, is that right?

If so Please try this:

- uninstall Paradox Launcher v2 from the Windows "Apps and features" utility, if still present.

Delete the following folders if still present:

- C:/users//AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users//AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users//AppData/Roaming/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

- exit the Steam app entirely
- run steam.exe as the Windows Admin user

- run the game from the PLAY button in Steam

IF that doesn't help, in this folder are some .log files:
C:/users//AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
Please attach them here.

Hey WarHawx, I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with starting Rainbow Six Siege.

To rule out some common causes of issues I have some tips I would advise trying below:

- Ensure your PC meets all system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for Siege
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Launch Ubisoft Connect, Steam and Siege using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted.

Should you have any trouble, would it be possible to share your system specs?

Many thanks
