Hola gente, tengo un grave problema, Soy nuevo en el juego, nisiquiera lo he jugado, compre el juego el 24 de diciembre de este año, lo compre por el tema de oferta de diciembre, resulta que ayer 25 lo termine de instalar y todo, a la hora de ingresar al juego, entre al lobby pero me sale que esta instalando algo el juego y este problema no me deja ni ingresar al ninguna partida, ni al entrenamiento, pase de batalla, a absolutamente nada, y de verdad me molesta porque compre un juego que no funciona, y quiero saber como arreglarlo, ya que me lo recomendaron mucho, por favor si me pueden ayudar se los agradezco.

Sorry to hear you are getting this error - that sounds very frustrating, and we'd love to help. Can you answer the questions below for me?

• Which platform are you playing on? If PC, is it Steam, Epic, or Ubisoft Connect? Or perhaps a console?
• Are you seeing an 'Installation in progress' message? If so, please leave the game running for a while, and the installation will eventually complete. This can take a couple of hours, depending on your internet connection. Does that solve the issue?

With answers to these two questions, I'll be able to see how best to advise you. Looking forward to your response
