I have a few bugs that I would like to report, and rather than creating a ticket on the Ubisoft Support site, which would probably take longer anyway, I would like to use the R6Fix site. But, I have one problem, the website will not load for me. All I get is a black page with the R6 in the middle and a spinning circle. Now, in the past, I have cleared my cookies and my cache to get the site to work, BUT that will only let the site work for a couple of visits before giving me the R6 spinning circle again. Is there anything I can do to ensure that the website PERMANENTLY launches every time I try to visit it, or am I going to have to submit glitches and bugs through the Ubisoft Support site?

@KMDavis73075 Hello! I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue with the R6Fix website. Does this persist if you try using a different web browser?

If you have tried on different browsers, can you please let me know which ones you have already tried?

Thanks!

Hey there guys,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

Checking the site today everything is up and running.

How are you guys getting on?

Are you still unable to view the site?

Hey @KMDavis73075, thanks for your answer.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still having issues loading the website.

Have you tried with your mobile connexion to see if you manage to load it ?
What happens when you open it from an incognito window ?

I'm sorry to hear that happens @KMDavis73075 but there's no known issues happening for the majority of people using it, and as clearing your cache and cookies is resolving it for a few visits, it can only suggest you are picking up some cookies somewhere that is the cause.

@KMDavis73075 While I can understand it may not be ideal, it does appear the fix for this issue you've already found by clearing cache and cookies before accessing the website. I do see you mention using Chrome, which does have options to manage cookies (such as deleting cookies automatically each time you close the browser). Tweaking some of these settings may help avoid the need to troubleshoot with each new visit.
