Due to how many changes are being implemented into Rainbow Six Siege, most changes will be included in the next patch, as long as we are able to develop a fix in time. On some rare occasions we will push a hotfix, if there is something very serious.
This issue is of course very important to the community so I'm sure this will be resolved soon. Please keep an eye for future patch notes here:

Hey Ketski.., I appreciate you are still experiencing issues for a long time, which must be incredibly frustrating. I will do my best to explain the perspective of Ubisoft Support.
When an issue is reported to us, it is very important that we don't make any assumptions about the steps that have been performed. The reason being, we could feedback incorrect information to our development team or miss an important troubleshooting step. As this is so important, we will often go over the same step so we can be certain it has been performed.
Us offering troubleshooting steps is not because we believe each player's PC is the issue. We receive a lot of different crash & connectivity reports each day, and we need to establish which of these can be fixed at a development level. If we try the troubleshooting steps and that doesn't resolve the problem, we can then investigate further. If however we assume that the issue is always with the game, we feed too much raw data back to the development team and it would be very difficult for them to filter what can be fixed by them.
Once again I understand that your issues are not nice to experience. I thought some insight into how we work might help.
Thank you!
