We received Renown and BP points, but no MMR was awarded for the win. R6 Tracker app shows the match in the history while the R6 Tracker website has no record of it.

The player "Arrive" left right before the first round started. Friends said some of the opponents have been queue'd with a bunch of cheaters before, so who knows if they're creating the ELO glitch or whatever.

Hey there.

Did you double check whether it's been updated after rebooting the game? Sometimes it's slightly delayed or it visually isn't updated when the match finishes but it has actually updated. If you have checked this and it still doesn't seem like it's been updated please open a support case with us and we'll take a look over your match record to see if we can work out what's happened here. Thanks!

Just for other players visibility, we have the ability to check the MMR and renown you have received in-game, what we need from you, is the exact date, time and timezone of the offending match. If you get in touch with us via our support links, we will verify your account then check this for you, thank you.

Hi @lomondcanton sorry to hear this happening with one of your matches as well. If you have given your game a quick restart and there is no update to your MMR still (as there can sometimes be a short delay) could you reach out to create a Support ticket?

It would be beneficial if you can include the exact time, date, and timezone of the offending match. That way our teams can check the MMR you have received in-game. 🕶
