Hello there, I'm facing a stuttering or fps drop to 0 for 1sec every around 30 seconds (since 2 weeks I think), My PC Specs: Ryzen 7 3700x - RX 6700xt - 16GB ram - Windows 11 (it happened in 10 also) - PSU NZXT C650 Gold - All Drivers are up to date. Resolution is 1440p. here is a video for what happens (lower the volume I screamed):

I reinstalled the game, tried most of the solutions in the internet and no luck. Thanks.

Can you try running the game after a clean boot if you haven't already done so please for testing purposes?

Hey @iiNOIZ, thanks for the update and sorry to hear about the issue you've been dealing with.

I have created a case under your account, therefore when you have a chance, could you provide us with your system files (MsInfo and DxDiag)? These will allow us to have a closer look at your hardware and see if we can identify what is the cause of this.

To access your case, just simply click the following link and select 15493257. Once there, if you can also put in a brief description of the issue as well as steps you've already completed, and we will then be able to take it from there.

I've taken a look at your DxDiag and one thing I've noticed is that your drivers aren't up to date, as the latest was released 11th Oct).

The latest AMD driver for your GPU and ready for Windows 11 can be installed here.

Please give this a try and let us know if there's any changes as running on an old driver, especially not one for the OS you're running can have a negative impact.
