Something needs to be fixed with the banning, I was just playing a match and I was at the top of the leader board and my game crashed and before I could reconnect the other team surrendered and now I'm banned for a hour and not only am I banned but the win counted as a loss for me. This really needs to be fixed , the server should know that my game crashed and I didn't quit out, this is not my fault it wasn't my internet that crashed it was the game itself and it's BS. Why waste my time playing the game if at anytime it could crash and I get punished for it?

Hey @moneytrigga,

Sorry to hear that you received a temporary ban as a result of the game crashing.

We are unable to remove any temporary ban but to help prevent this happening in the future I would recommend to complete our Xbox troubleshooting guide to configure your device.

@moneytrigga Hello.

Apologies for any frustration caused by this, regretfully, we are unable to return any lost MMR.

In regards to the Xbox loss of audio, followed by a crash, this issue is actively being worked on by our R6S game team. We'll be sure to update players when more information on a resolution becomes available.

I'm sorry to hear your match was disconnected.

At the moment, there is no way the system can differentiate the reasons for leaving, whether this is a server crash, PC / console crash or intentionally, sorry for any inconvenience caused by the temporary ban applied, but these cannot be lifted.

Hello glitchmaster317, thanks for posting and I apologize if you experienced any crashes or disconnections in the game recently.

Do you have a date in mind of when this happened? If you do, I can check our server information for any reports of degradation or outages that may have caused this on a specific day.
