I purchased the welcome bundle plus 10$ worth of R6 credits on the 27th of Nov. Its been 5 days. I put in a support ticket on the 29th of Nov and they still have not gotten back to me. I received the special gear for Twitch but i havent received the 2400 or so credits i bought almost a week ago. Please fix it, ive been waiting damn near a week and Ubisoft support wont even message me back.

I do apologise for the delay in getting back to you on this case. Can I ask you to attach your proof of purchase to the case please? We'll need to see it from the console itself please, take a look at the link here for info. I can see that you have already attached the confirmation email so thanks for that. I've also sent an email to you, can you click the link that says "verify my account" please?

Yes this is likely a regional issue if that's the case. Your credit purchase needs to match the version of the game you own.

I have checked your case details over and can see it was last updated 3 days ago and it is currently in a queue. I have have let our US agents who are handling your case know you have been in contact with us, we should be able to update you soon via email.

I've had a look at your ticket and appears that there may have been some errors along the line when it was being dealt with.

Your case does will get closed automatically by the system within 4 days of inactivity and isn't something done manually.

To add, have a look at your case as we have sent you response yet did not hear anything back.
