Nothing works, also on steam forums i noticed few others have same problem too so its probably not my isp since i have unlimited bandwith. It looks like problem that doesnt affect everyone but its real.
I tried to play other games and if i turned cloud saves off, i could play them no problem (note they were singleplayer) . With siege i cant synchronise with cloud saves and connect to ubisoft servers .
