[2020] My settings on rainbow six siege doesn't save on pc

Does it also reset your Loadouts or just the Graphical settings? Has it always been this way or did it start after a certain point?

You can try to get a new save file to see if this fixes the issue by following the below steps as your current one may be corrupted:

- Make sure Uplay is completely exited out, which can include exiting from your system tray if you opted to have Uplay run in the background when pressing the window X
-Go to the save game folder below and delete it after making a backup:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635 (Uplay)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843 (Steam)

-Open Uplay as administrator, then disable the overlay and cloud save
- Launch Siege, modify an operator's loadout, and play a situation, to ensure a good save.
- exit the game, re-enable cloud saves and the overlay and restart Uplay
- When the game starts back up, you will get a message about which save to use. Make sure to select the local save, not the cloud game save. Uplay will then update with the local save.

Documents/My Games/Rainbow Six/)/gamesettings.ini ---> DELETE "gamesettings.ini" if you don't see it make sure it isn't hidden.
Second go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635 (Uplay) ---> Select all Save Files and Copy
After go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843 (Steam) ---> and paste the Save Files and DELETE the save file with name "Upload"

Quite an unusual workaround but I'm happy to read that fixed it for you, and you also helped OfficerFlawless
