Thanks for getting in contact, if you are also having issues with making in-game purchases via your Steam version of the game, please follow the steps below:

- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:via
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

Hey Attila-HUN31! I'm sorry to hear about this. Are you able to provide a screenshot for me? What general region are you located in? Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

Thanks. Can you check if you can go straight to the PS Store to make your purchase instead of in-game please?

Also, do you have the game through PS Now?
