Been trying to purchase 1200 R6 credits, but every time I check boxes to acknowledge agreements, and hit "Buy now" I get the error "Store is unavailable, please try again." I've cleared caches, I've restarted PC, nothing has worked. Anyone got any idea as to why this is happening?

I have checked the servers and see no issues with the store at the moment. This could be connectivity related, can you try the steps HERE please.

Hi guys! For clarification, are you purchasing through the Steam store or the Ubisoft store specifically? You should be purchasing the credits on the platform you purchased the game through.

Hi TarioSuigi, sorry you've had issues using the Ubisoft Store.

We've not had any reported issues, fortunately. I'd recommend running through our connectivity troubleshooting guide, as this fixes most issues with our services.

If that doesn't help, it'd be great if you could describe the issues you are having - what happens when you try to use the store? If it'd help explain, you could also take some screenshots.

I can’t view the clip unfortunately.

The credit store should work - are purchases still unavailable if you restart the game?

Also, could you please provide your console log from the session it happened?

To do so:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
