When trying to start a game/ join a squad everything acts the same as usual (validating and updating playlists and properties then validating multiplayer privileges) but then never begins matchmaking, the only mode I can play is local customs games. I went on a friend's account and tried to get in to a game and had no issues. Any help?

Hi everyone,

I can confirm we have had more work scheduled for earlier today on the Siege servers for consoles but this has since been completed.

What console is everyone playing on?

Can you try running through the troubleshooting steps below, depending on what console you use and let me know how you get on? I'll be keeping an eye on this situation.

Hey! I'm sorry this issue has been affecting you, I will help in any way I can.

Do you perhaps have another PlayStation profile? If so, can you please test that profile to see if your issue only affects one of them?

If the issue seems to be profile-specific, I recommend deleting your save file both locally and in your PlayStation Plus storage. This will reset your loadouts and Situations however all of your progress / content will remain and I'm hoping it will resolve your issue!
