So basically the problem is when I go to the Ubisoft club through any Ubisoft game on console and I try to sign in with my Ubisoft account I cant because of an error message that says you need to re associate your account with the original account, so once I unlink the psn account from my Ubisoft account it still says the same thing, basically what Im saying is when I unlink the other psn account from my Ubisoft account and go to log in with my main psn account it still has the same message that I need to re associate it. I need help because I cant claim rewards for games on console, my pc has no problems I need help asap

If you're not able to contact us whilst live chat isn't open you can also reach us through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Thanks!

This is not something we're able to assist with over the forums I'm afraid. We need to verify ownership of the account, and this requires a private conversation. The support options given above are the best ways to get in touch with the right team.

This account linking restriction exists due to our efforts to prepare for better cross platform functionality.

Only 1 PSN account can be associated with your Ubisoft account. If the wrong PSN account is linked, we can unlink it for you as a one-time exception.

Hello rvernon, I have checked over your case and can see you have validated your account. I have unlinked your console account for you so you should know be able to link it to another Ubisoft account by signing in with the correct Ubisoft ID and the correct console log in details here - https://account.ubisoft.com/

Hey there.

I think you might have misunderstood this slightly.

We can remove the link for you which will allow you to link to a different console account of the same family(PSN, Xbox etc) however these links are intended to be permanent so this is a one time exception. Once the link is removed from our side as well you will be able to connect to a different console account than the one that was originally connected but after doing so the link will be permanent. I hope that makes sense? I'd be happy to clarify further or answer any other questions you may have.
