I can not play solo in Siege because i always connecting in eu-central-1 server for last 4 months. When my friends inviting me to their lobby i can play on eu-west server but with 200 ping, thats more than 2,5 times it was 4 months ago.

Hello @StickyFromRivia ,
As you've posted this to the Rainbow Six: Extractions forums, I've moved this to Rainbow Six: Siege.
As for the issue itself, have you yet tried manually setting your data centre as per this guide?
This will allow you to force the game to connect to eu-west.
Please let us know how you get on with this!
@StickyFromRivia Thanks for the update! It is not possible to manually change your datacenter on consoles, apologies for any confusion.
The game will automatically connect to the server with the best connection when you first start the game. If you restart the game, does it still connect you to the same server? Could you also run through the steps in this FAQ to troubleshoot any issues with your connection to the game services?
Hey @StickyFromRivia ,
Thanks for getting back to us.
You note that you're unable to play solo due to eu-central - could you please elaborate on this?
Why are you unable to play?
Is it due to the ping?
@StickyFromRivia Hey there! Thanks for clarifying this issue further for us. Would you be able to record a video showing when you are connecting to the servers, specifically to play solo? I'd like to take a closer look into what happens here. When you have that video, you can upload it to a website like YouTube or Twitter and then share the link with us here. I'd also like to ask a couple of questions to get further information.
Thank you!
@StickyFromRivia Thank you for the video, and for answering my questions! Please go ahead and open aย support ticket with us. If you haven't yet, please take an image of the ports you forwarded after going through this FAQ and upload that to your support case. I would also include a link to your post here. Our support team will take a look and get back to you through that case, or you can update this thread and we can take a look here in the forums as well. Thanks!
Hey there @StickyFromRivia ,
I can see your details were passed on already as part of a previous case and our wider investigation is still ongoing.
When we have any further updates, we'll share them here!
Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience caused!
Hey @StickyFromRivia
I'm afraid there hasn't been any issues found with the servers connecting people incorrectly to the eu-central-1 server incorrectly, so we can only assume that something may have changed on your ISP's side.
Again, we would suggest to do the port forwarding mentioned in the connectivity guide here as I can't see you providing any images of that on your support ticket, so we can't know for sure you have done that correctly. You also mentioned in this thread that your ports are "3074". Below are all of the ports you should open forย Rainbow Six: Siege:
ย
TCP: 80, 443ย
UDP: 3074โ, 6150,ย 10000-10099
If you have further issues after that, we can only suggest contacting your ISP next. If you have local friends who are able to connect to a different datacentre, see if they are with a different ISP, as that may indicate if there is an issue with your current one.
Hello there @StickyFromRivia
As Froggard explained before, at this point all that we can recommend is reaching out to your ISP. Considering the distance between where you are located and the closest data center, 80 ping is not an unusual number to expect. There is no troubleshooting that we can recommend which will reduce the ping numbers you are seeing.
Please reach out to your ISP for any additional connection assistance.
Hello @StickyFromRivia,
Our wider investigation into the ping on some EU servers is still ongoing.
Should we have any further updates we will share them, but in the meantime, please reach out to your ISP for any further ping / connection quality queries.
Thank you!
