i found an error code that comes out when the "attempt to connect to server failed" issue for me,
what technical issues trigger this error code?

Hi everyone,

At the moment the error code 4-0xfff0be1f is unknown to us so we will need to investigate this further.

If you have already tried the TS connectivity steps here with no success -

Would you all be able to help my with my report on this by answering the following questions? -

- What platform are you playing on?
- What is the last exact date and time when this affected you and your timezone PST, GMT, ADT etc?
- What region do you live in?
- Who is your internet service provider?
- Are you using wired ethernet or WIFI?
- What exactly were you doing in the game when this message popped up?
- *Does this error appear 100% of the time, or only sometimes?

If anyone get back to me and answer the above, I will happily bring this to the attention of the Siege team, thank you for your help and patience whilst we look into this.

*Update 25/09/20: I have added an extra question to the list to help our team further. Your assistance is much appreciated!

I can confirm that this particular issue has been brought up to our game team and is currently under on-going investigation.

We do not have any updates on the matter, however as soon as we do, it will be posted here, in our official forums, so keep an eye.

I do apologise if this has been taking longer than anticipated and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
