Can I ask you to send through a screenshot showing that the challenge has been completed and claimed, please? Please ensure your Uplay username is clearly displayed in that screenshot.

We are aware of issues where players might not receive rewards for challenges. This issue should now be fixed.

We are currently working on granting the content to players that have not received their rewards.

We would ask you for patience until the content will be added to your account, which should happen in the coming days.
