[2021] After recent update I need to wait the whole 40 seconds to matchmake at the end of match screen

@jk_hunt Hey! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing long loading times with matchmaking. In order to troubleshoot this please try the steps here.

@jk_hunt Thank you for getting back to us. OK I understand now the issue you are having. It seems like there is not a way to bypass this and it is intended behaviour.

As such I will pass your feedback on about this to the dev team. It is my understanding that it should simply search for another game straight away instead of putting you back to the main menu and then searching, is that correct?

Thank you for your response @jk_hunt , however please understand that as Ubisoft Support, we can only provide updates and information when we have it available ourselves.

When we pass feedback onto the team, from that point on it is down to the team's discretion if the suggestions are taken onboard and when.

We cannot expedite this process, nor can we guarantee suggestions will make it into the live game and when this is expected to happen.

Should the team update us to inform us a suggestion is planned for implementation and the patch to expect it's release, we'll be sure to inform players of this.

However without this information, there is very little we can offer in terms of a response other than what UbiSushiVamp and Ubi-Viral have already provided to you.

We appreciate this may come across as repetitive but we like to at least keep players in the loop and not have them feel their posts or checkups for updates are being ignored because we have nothing to share.

We will always continue to welcome player's feedback and suggestions regarding any of our titles as they have very often seen an influence in how mechanics can work and what elements may be reworked and encourage you to continue to share your thoughts, but please take the above into account in future as sometimes there are answers we just don't have available to us at that time.
