Hello!

I'm sorry to read you're now facing this issue, I'm sure we'll find a solution.

It shows you are using Intel HD Graphics 630, which is integrated from your CPU. If you do have a graphics card, it is not being detected in-game.

Please list your PC / Laptop components, and we'll see what we can do!

Hey there,

As my colleague advised only your integrated graphics is being detected which will explain the issue you are encountering. I would firstly advise trying these steps to ensure your system is configured correctly.

Please let us know if you encounter any trouble

Thank you for the update.

As your GPU was not detected previously I would advise to try these steps, they should help you switch between your graphics card and integrated graphics

Please let us know how you get on as we are happy to help

Hey there Mqjestic_,

I've noticed a minor delay when running my own Nvidia Control Panel, so you may need to click the Manage 3D link again.

I would also check to ensure your GPU is running it's latest drivers.

Likewise, the onboard integrated graphics card may be interfering.

For testing purposes, I would suggest temporarily disabling your Integrated Graphics card via the Device Manager.

Device Manager > Display Adapters > Disable Device.

Try again to launch the NVIDIA Control Panel and see if the other options are now working as they should.
