[2020] [Missing Content]Operators missing

Hello everyone! I would first like to apologize for this inconvenience. Your frustration is completely understandable in this situation, and I would be equally as annoyed if content I had paid for suddenly became inaccessible. With that being said, please provide the following information so I can try my best to assist each of you and so I can get this reported to the team!

- What operators are you missing specifically? (A full list would be very helpful)
- Were these operators included with your edition of Siege or did you obtain them through a Year Pass?
- Are you game-sharing?

Hi everyone, we are still looking into this issue and have no updates to give at the moment unfortunately.

Most players affected on Xbox seem to be using Xbox Game Pass, according to our reports and forum posts about this. Please make sure you are using your own Xbox console where you purchased the game to play, you can use different accounts on the same Xbox console however.

Most players affected on PS4 seem to not have their console they are playing on set as their Primary PlayStation 4 in the consoles settings, as no form of game sharing or content sharing is allowed on the Playstation 4 version of Siege.

We will update you when we know more, I have reached out to the team investigating to see if there is any information we can help gather that will help.

Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about this.

I've had a closer look at your account and can see that the operators you are referring to are in your account and you should now be able to access them, however if you do run into any further issues, make sure you have all of your add-ons fully installed and content should be visible.
