The query that you're having is a little different from what everyone else has been experiencing.

Regional restrictions will apply for certain purchases and it's something that regrettably we're unable to change and is there for a reason, therefore if you are unable to purchase the biggest pack, you will have to choose between the ones that are available in your country.

If you're playing through Ubisoft Connect itself, you should also be able to purchase credits via the Ubisoft web Store

Hey MaxPower-.96., thanks for your post. We will feed this back to the team about the biggest pack being unavailable on the Ubisoft Store. From what I can see at the moment at least on the UK store the largest credit pack available is 7560 credits.

No problem MaxPower-.96., I can't say for certain if they will introduce these larger packs in the future, but at least we can make the Siege and Ubisoft Store team aware, this is something the players would like.

This is available in-game now and was on a 20% sale from February 22nd - March 11th as advertised here

Hello everyone, thank you for contacting us about trying to purchase credits in-game.

Just to make sure, can you please check if your game launcher store country code matches the location you are currently living in, as well as the currency?

To check your store country code in Steam, please see this article -

Please make sure to witch off any VPN before trying to make a purchase, if this also changed your IP location.

If you have tried the steps above and you can confirm you are making the purchase in the correct currency, it may be that the store has locked you out for multiple failed payment attempts, in this case we recommend waiting 48 hours before trying to make a purchase again, in case your account was flagged as suspicious activity thank you.

Can I ask you to ensure that Ubisoft Connect is running with admin rights?

Please also make sure you have Steam Overlay enabled and disable any VPN on your device if you're using one.
