Sorry for late reply.

I have been getting the disconnecting glitch since the start of operation shadow legacy, however I had only just reinstalled the game after the new seasons release. but I have never before experienced this glitch.

There is never an error code before or after it disconnects, just a loading screen back to menu. It will play the leaving squad sound if I am in a squad though.

I have tried the connectivity troubleshooting but it hasn't seemed to fix it. The glitch has become a little less frequent though.


Thanks for the help, If you have any more suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

I also have the same issue. I too started having this issue with the launch of operation shadow legacy. What I have noticed is that it only happens if I'm dead when the round ends or when I join mid-match. Basically it's whenever I am spectating and as soon as the next round starts I am returned to the main menu. As my friend Utah.ranger said there is never an error message and neither does it happen every time. I have yet to figure out what is causing it but I do know it does not happen when I survive a round.

Yes I have before but didn't help. The thing is I don't have connectivity problems. I don't get disconnected mid-round or when I'm alive. It's just sometimes when I'm spectating and the round ends so I beckon it's a software glitch rather than a connectivity issue.

Exact same issue here, troubleshooting steps done, but same. Just randomly disconnects me when rounds change, doesnt matter if its casual or ranked, its really frustrating. Havent noticed if it is just when ive been spectating. But, no error message, no ping or lag spikes, just goes to loading screen, and kicks me to menu, it then allows me to rejoin immediately and resume - in ranked of course.
