[2020] Randomly leaving matches

I need some help with a glitch, I will randomly leave a match without warning whilst the round is changing. It does not happen every match but it is very annoying and stopping me from gaining battlepass points and renown. I only play in casual and am not sure if it is because of the new season because I only recently started playing again.
I don't have much info on the glitch but if anyone has any ideas on what is causing it and how to fix please tell.

How long have you been disconnecting from theses matches? Doe it ever show you an error code before it disconnects you?

I have been getting the disconnecting glitch since the start of operation shadow legacy, however I had only just reinstalled the game after the new seasons release. but I have never before experienced this glitch.

There is never an error code before or after it disconnects, just a loading screen back to menu. It will play the leaving squad sound if I am in a squad though.

I have tried the connectivity troubleshooting but it hasn't seemed to fix it. The glitch has become a little less frequent though.

Hey guys,

For those of you also reporting this can you please confirm the following;
- Do you notice any other issues in-game before being disconnected (any lag spikes, etc)?
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting for either your PC or connectivity?
