Please keep in mind that Support is not able to adjust rank, restore lost ranked points, or revert the outcome of a game. I apologize for the annoyance this may cause! Hello CapitalismRule and everyone else who posted about the surrender match issue.

We are aware of this issue and this was recently patched on the 11th of February, you can read our Twitter post about this here - https://twitter.com/Rainbow6Game/sta...49911131832325

The team which surrenders in game when losing a match will now lose MMR for surrendering, we will be unable to restore any MMR for players who encountered this exploit regrettably.

Hello UnearnedMantis5, sorry to hear this, were you able to take any video clips of the match so we can review this to see what happens? We would need some recent footage recorded after the 11th of February to show if this was still affecting players so we can report this further.
