Welcome to the Forums and sorry to hear you're having issues receiving drops!

Have you linked your account to https://drops-register.ubi.com/ ?

Do you also see 'Drops Enabled' below the stream window when watching it?

Hey Robbin4467, thanks for your response there.

Did you receive any notification whilst watching the stream to say that drops are active? Also, did you receive any notification in Twitch to say that you have received the charm?

If you haven't, then this will indicate that there was an issue in registering for the drops in the first place, so taking into consideration that you have already done this plenty of times, I would like to ask you to double-check whether you've done it correctly (more details on this) and pay attention to the Twitch chat to see whether it shows up in Twitch that drops have been activated, and then will be able to take it from there.

Can I check that when you watched the stream you had the stream volume above 30%, this can help the drops register

Hello, welcome to the Siege forums.

We would usually ask you to wait 24 hours for the drops to appear on your Twitch account, however these drops may not be pushed to your account until the particular stream event has actually concluded. Some streaming events can last for several days such as pro league tournaments.

Please note not all drops are guaranteed by watch time, some drops are random and are rewarded by your probability going up after a certain amount of watch time.

If the event has concluded and you still have yet to receive your rewards and drops, we would need to help you with this over a support case.
