Hey MIGHTY457197!

Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the issue you're dealing with.

Could you advise whether your game completely shuts down or do you still see it running in the background via Task Manager?

In the meantime, taking into consideration that you have already tried a number of steps, can I ask you to try completing the remaining steps outlined in the following article and see if issue persists.

Keep us updated!

Hello MIGHTY457197, thank you for following our troubleshooting guide for crashes and other issues.

I am not sure what steps you have followed on google, but I would also like to suggest trying the following specifically for crashes on launch -

Try a System File Check (SFC) for any corrupted system files and a CHKDSK for any corrupted hard drives

- Press the Windows Key + S
- Search for Command Prompt and right click on it and run as administrator
- Type the following command as it appears sfc/scannow
- Press Enter and wait for the program to check system files, this might take a little while
- After completion close the program and try to launch the game

You can also try checking for a corrupted hard drive -

- Press the Windows Key + S
- Search for CMD (Command Prompt) and right click and open as administrator
- Type this following command as it appears CHKDSK (then leave a space and put the letter of the hard drive you want to check with the game on, for example C
- Press enter to begin scan
- After the program has finished running its check, see what errors it may have found

Try also typing in command prompt to try to fix any corrupted files - CHKDSK C: /F
(Replace the C: character with whatever drive letter it is that you are wanting to fix)

After running this test and checking the results, you can also try the following steps -

- Install game to another Hard Drive or SSD drive preferably, if available, and try installing the game on the same hard drive as your Windows OS.
- Delete any temporary files by doing a search for the %TEMP% folder

Please let me know if you need any help with the steps above and I will happily explain further.

That's okay, thanks for attempting those anyway. We'd like to take a look over your system files at this point to see if they highlight any issues.

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

MSInfo
DxDiag

Thanks.
