Hey LaxWarrior43! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the connection in Rainbow Six Siege. Firstly, please keep in mind that every game utilizes a different online service. Though you may be able to connect perfectly fine in one game, there could still be something blocking your connection to the online services for Siege. With that being said, it would be beneficial to complete our connectivity troubleshooting guide. This guide will ensure that nothing is blocking your connection to the game's online services.

Aside from that, you could try clearing your cache. To do this, please unplug your console from the wall, wait at least two minutes, then plug it back in and restart your game. Our team at support.ubi.com would be glad to provide further assistance if needed. Thank you!
