Hi, in the last few week i've been crashing and disconnecting from the game so many times, at least one every two match, i've already tried to verify files integrity, run r6 as administrator and resetting host's file, gpu driver and windows are up to date so i cannot explain myself why i have so many problems, i'm writing here because the help chat is disabled due to covid19, i hope someone can help me solve this situation, i can link any files if they're needed.

@topo_grigio Hey! I believe I saw you posting on another thread. I'm sorry to see that you are also experiencing some crashing and disconnects and appreciate you letting us know what steps you have tried so far. Are you greeted with an error message or code before the crash/disconnect? If so, can you please provide a screenshot of this?

Hey @Topo_Grigio, thanks for reaching out and welcome to forums!

So that we could get a better idea about this, on top of what's been already requested, could you also advise us the following:

  1. I take it that either of these two issues will occur for you rather than happening at once, therefore if this is the case indeed, did you notice anything in particular that may trigger this or help to reproduce the issue?
  2. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
  3. As far as disconnections are concerned, are you able to reconnect afterwards?


In regards to troubleshooting, taken into account that you've done some steps already, you can try completing steps below, which should help to tackle both issues (don't have to do steps you've already done):
