Today I bought a $10 R6 credit pack while logged into my other Ubisoft account. But for some reason, the credits were sent to this account instead of the other account. Is there a way to reverse the transaction and get the money back into my steam wallet, or a way to transfer the credits from this account to my main one? I don't even have R6 on this account so I don't know why it even allowed this mistake to happen.

Please provide an uncropped image of your proof of purchase for the credits you purchased.

I'm afraid in-game purchases are final and therefore cannot be refunded, as you can read in our policy here.

So we'd be unable to refund the gear you're purchased
