Hello, its me again, i posted a few month ago a problem that i've had and still have, so my problem is that since the operation North Star, the multiplayer runs horrible, Casual/unranked/ranked, when i play i feel input lag/input delay, so when i move the camera from the hip, or trying to aim, its very weird, its not responsive as it was before, idk what the problem is, but is still happening to me, there is maybe some day like it seems to be alright, but then, next day fells horrible, i've never changed anything before this thing started to happen, i play wired, and i try wifi, then switch but nothing, and only happens with R6, other games/shotters are very responsive, The problem may be with my 'connection' or router with R6, if anyone can help, because idk why since the north star seasson dropped started to happen this, so its one seasson playing and trying different things, but still feels unresponsive and that little delay before i move and the game actually register it, Thx

Hey there @mihailtupac ,

Thank you for reaching out to us, sorry to hear you're having connection issues in-game!

We have some important additional connection steps which I recommend trying available here.

Please be sure to try all the steps listed as they're known to resolve most connection issues (you may need to contact your ISP for help with some steps such as enabling UPnP).

Should you still then have issues after completing all of the listed steps, please create a case by contacting us on our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter and we'll be happy to take a closer look.

Hey @machygn, sorry to hear that you are having the same issues. I see you have a support ticket with us already. If you have already exhausted all possible steps we shared in our guide here, could you please share a screenshot of your port configurations with us so we can take a more in-depth look into this with you in your support case? You can update your ticket number previously created with us on your account page.

@ghost-noerror Hey there! I am sorry to hear you're also experiencing these issues with input lag.

I understand this is a frustrating issue, but so we can investigate further, can you please first run through our dedicated guide on connectivity troubleshooting in Rainbow Six Siege for the Xbox Series X|S?

If you continue to have this lag, please reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website or Twitter, with an image of your port forwarding configuration. The ports required for Rainbow Six Siege are located in the article linked above.

The exact process of port forwarding varies by router and internet provider. Usually, you can access your port forwarding configuration from your PC by logging into your router. Instructions are specific for every router and ISP, so you may need to contact them if you need more assistance with this.

If you're contacting through Social Media, please make sure to also include the username and email address associated with your Ubisoft account

Hey @GhosT-NoErrOr, thanks for your response there and apologies about the delay in getting back to you on this.

I've had a closer look at your communication and can see that you've submitted a ticket which has been forwarded to our escalation team for further review, therefore in order to keep it organised, we will proceed with any further communication via ticket itself and I will see what I can do to speed up the process for you there.

Should you happen to have any further queries or run into any other difficulties, feel free to get in touch at any time!
