Hi,

I already submitted a ticket (07365710) on saturday, but I still don´t have a response, so I´m asking you guys also:

I downloaded and installed the free (weekend) version of R6. When I click "play" and Battleye tries to launch, my PC crashes and restarts. I also get a BSOD (page_fault_in_nonpaged_area) sometimes. This only happens with R6, every other game runs without any issues.
Twitter Support suggested to reinstall the GPU drivers. I did so, but the issue still occurs. I also verified the game files and tested my RAM and temperature (both are fine, PC is clean), the issue still occurs.

UPDATE (monday): So, I decided to buy a copy of R6, because a) I´m very interested in it (if I could start/play it) and b) because of the current sale. This got me some more info: I do not get a BSOD anymore, the PC just shuts itself down and restarts (no error code or similar). Basicially my monitors go black, then after a few seconds they turn on back again (no signal) and after a few more seconds the pc reboots (it seems like the PC itself does not turn off). This happens when the info box (after I clicked "OK" on the Infobox explaining what Battleye is and what it does) on R6´s launch says "Launch game" or something similar.

Does someone else have the same issues and/or a fix?

Cheers!

Like I already mentioned, this only happens with R6. Any other game runs fine. Ticket number: 07365710

Hey diegox989, can you try a clean boot for this issue?

Hey diegox989,

I'm sorry there's been a delayed response on your ticket.

Are you running on 2 monitors on different resolutions?

If so could you try disabling one of them and try launching it on just 1 to see if that resolves the issue for you.

Thanks,

Hey JogoMal-Caramba! Can you submit your MSINFO and dxdiag info for investigation? Once you've done that, please update this thread with your ticket number.

Hi JogoMalNemLigo! Have you tried checking your BIOS? Other players have found that updating your BIOS ended up resolving this specific error message.

Hey iiAbs0lute, welcome to the forums!

Good to hear you've already tried updating your BIOS. Would you be able to try our troubleshooting guide for me? In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

If it still doesn't help, we'll be able to troubleshoot further with the help of some system files - a DxDiag.txt and an MsInfo.txt. The two links below will show you how to find each of them:
https://ubi.li/msinfo
https://ubi.li/dxdiag

We can't accept text files on our forum, though, so please reach out via our social media channels, and we'll arrange a way for you to send those two system files across to us.

Let me know if I can clarify any of these steps!
