I just want to go ahead and add a small bit to this conversation: the team has been looking at removing passive/hidden mechanics from operators for awhile now, and this starts with Zofia's Withstand, and Ela losing resistance to concussion effects.

This is so that operators are defined by what they bring to the table; their gadget and their loadouts, and not a feature that has to be that are explained away by reading lore.

I feel like giving him impacts would be redundant. The Bailiff is phenomenal at making rotates! Also, Oryx is kind of a human impact nade.

Personally, I think it's a solid change. The Vector is a high fire rate, semi-low recoil weapon. The 1.5 coupled with those Black Mirrors is really strong. The change is on the Test Server right now, so feel free to give it a whirl and let us know what you think.

The map rotation was added so that players had a curated selection of maps to play through, making it easier for them to learn certain maps instead of being overwhelmed by all of them. The addition of the map pool has been met with some negative feedback which we've passed on to the dev team, but at this time I don't have any information I can share publicly.

I totally understand getting an abandonment penalty is frustrating, especially after a crash. I wonder if there's a way to differentiate between a crash and someone ALt+F4'ing out of frustration.

Bingooo. It's a good way to keep things fresh, plus, the weekend is when a lot of players usually have time away from work/school, so it lines up perfectly.

No official date for when the patch goes live, but we'll be sure to announce when it does. Right now we're having players test things out so we can gather some feedback before announcing an official launch date.
