Hello everyone, thanks for getting in touch with us about the game not launching for you.

This can often happen after a new update, it could be a driver issue, an anti-virus, or a corrupted file issue, amongst other things like Ana suggested with your temporary game launcher cache files.

Cross-play on PC is not currently supported with the PS and Xbox consoles.

PC players can however play together with streaming devices such as Luna and Stadia players.
