Not sure if I’m just an idiot and it counts as leaving but when the game has ended and awarded “end of game bonus” I usually leave to skip all the bollocks, never had an issue before as the game has technically ended but doing it now it won’t award any battle pass points. I’ve played 3 or 4 games and haven’t received any points towards it.
Even if you skip the AAR you should tell receive all your rewards. I wouldn't worry as it's still all being recorded server side, but refresh and that should update your BP progression.

I own the Y4 season pass and the new Battle Pass, but I'm not seeing the 30% "VIP boost" when earning BP points.
After a match, I only see the points for rounds won, match outcome, and a boost for ranked/unranked.
Do you have a screenshot of the breakdown? There may be some visual issues with the breakdown but it should be getting recorded correctly.
