Hi Iceman!

I've been seeing recently shield OPs (Monty, Clash) have been getting banned more recently in Ranked matches. Do you mind taking a bit of time to discuss what it is about Clash you don't like, and any kind of changes you'd want to see done to make her a less frustrating operator to play against?

Thank you for sharing Kai! I do agree that it would be ideal to make the system not have the defender team defend the same site twice in a row, especially with the chance that team could have a strat to steamroll the attacking team. I'll pass this along.

People were complaining about joining ongoing matches already, and this feature doesn't make it better at all.

More 0-2s than ever...

Put it back to alternating single round for the love of god! I've been playing this game since release and I don't play ranked... You're ruining casual for us.
As UbiMorning mentioned, We'll be making the devs aware of the community's feedback to the Casual/Quick Match changes that went live ... Read more

Thanks for sharing! I was really excited to see the claw buff + adding barbed wire to his kit. I think it definitely makes him more appealing to players.

Grab your surfboard folks, we're going for a ride.

In all seriousness, please keep reporting hackers and any toxic individuals you may come across. If you have video evidence of someone cheating or engaging in abusive/toxic behavior, bring it to our Support team [support.ubi.com] for further investigation.

If you come across any of these individuals or sites selling hacks/cheats, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can investigate.

Any source of how old the cheats were?

From my knowledge they were fairly new. Whenever we're made aware of a new cheat, we begin to gather data on it. Once we have enough, a ban wave is initiated and removes anyone who's using it. Other than that, I c... Read more

For the future, just in case you come across similar people in-game, report them immediately and then mute them so they're not affecting your game any longer. I sincerely hope that the toxic players haven't scared you away from playing.

Hi Gunsmoke,

Obviously this isn't how we expect our community to act when someone is being friendly in chat or voice, and those kinds of players don't represent the Siege community as a whole. There are some great people who play this game and it's disheartening to see your interaction with toxic individuals has made you want to stop playing. How often has this happened to you?

Calling someone a "casual" is their way of attempting to make those players feel bad about not playing in Ranked, and that's not the kind of environmental we'd want our players to be subjected to.
But on the flip side of this, I see people berated for being "tryhards" because of which gamemodes they cho...

Hmm. If you're getting more Hostage games than you'd like, perhaps turning the game mode off for a bit so you can get Secure or Bomb might help!

Hi Sky!

I'm thrilled to hear you're interested in learning more about the game. Since you mentioned Discord, I would highly recommend joining the R6 Discord. There are tons of people in there and I'm positive there would be someone in there willing to take you under their wing and show you the ropes. Also, R6Academy [r6academy.ubi.com] is a place you could go to learn some mechanics and tricks about the game that most people don't know. Hope this helps! :)

I didn't get specifics when asking about the ban wave, so I couldn't tell you... Read more

We'd love to know why too. It's nice to see that you're no longer cowering with your heads where the sun doesn't shine, but an official statement would be nice as well.

Discussions are bombarded with discussions about cheaters and you ignore all of them, and now suddenly banwave after 2 years of nothing?

But hey, go ahead and close this thread too, like you do the rest.

Unfortunately that would be MUCH more complicated to catch through voice. The best way to combat that is to mute them and report for Voice Abuse.

bronze 3 or 4, i notice people losing connection to servers alot and leaving and it made the game unfun

Depending on the time of the day queue times might be slightly longer than normal. Restart the queue if it gets too long, and if you continue to have the same issue, you'll want to restart your game entirely.
