I've been seeing recently shield OPs (Monty, Clash) have been getting banned more recently in Ranked matches. Do you mind taking a bit of time to discuss what it is about Clash you don't like, and any kind of changes you'd want to see done to make her a less frustrating operator to play against?

In all seriousness, please keep reporting hackers and any toxic individuals you may come across. If you have video evidence of someone cheating or engaging in abusive/toxic behavior, bring it to our Support team [support.ubi.com] for further investigation.

For the future, just in case you come across similar people in-game, report them immediately and then mute them so they're not affecting your game any longer. I sincerely hope that the toxic players haven't scared you away from playing.

Obviously this isn't how we expect our community to act when someone is being friendly in chat or voice, and those kinds of players don't represent the Siege community as a whole. There are some great people who play this game and it's disheartening to see your interaction with toxic individuals has made you want to stop playing. How often has this happened to you?

Unfortunately that would be MUCH more complicated to catch through voice. The best way to combat that is to mute them and report for Voice Abuse.

Depending on the time of the day queue times might be slightly longer than normal. Restart the queue if it gets too long, and if you continue to have the same issue, you'll want to restart your game entirely.
