At this time, we don't have an ETA for when she'll return, but our team is already at work making sure she's back in the game as soon as possible. We know this can be frustrating for Clash players, but we felt it wouldn't be right to keep her on the active roster while aspects of her aren't functioning as intended. When we have more details that we can share, we'll make sure the community is in the loop.

Toxicity is an ongoing fight that we are trying to tackle, and are always welcome to suggestions from our players who want to see positive change. Correct; in order to lower frustration by players using the exploit, the devs disabled her temporarily to sort the issue out. While it is definitely frustrating to not have an operator to play, it is better than being killed unfairly by someone using an exploit.

She will be back once the devs have ironed out the issue with her. Unfortunately we don't really have an ETA on when this will happen. Once she's reintroduced we will be sure to make a post on the Reddit post here!

Hey guys! The Quick Match/Casual playlist does have its own separate MMR that is invisible. If you are playing against someone who has a high rank, it would mean they have a similar level of Quick Match MMR. This could be due to them not playing very seriously or not spending much time in Quick Match as opposed to Ranked.

Unfortunately this has been an issue for that mode. We know how frustrating it can be for new players to jump into a game and get matched up with a high Plat player who's posing as a level 10, which is why we've begun monitoring smurf accounts and their interactions with players. I love this game

Sometimes you've just got to risk it for the biscuit. It's kind of a mind game, most Glaz players wouldn't expect you to peek them, which surprisingly leads to the defender winning that gun fight when they do hard peek more often than they probably should.

Agree 100%, especially Rook. His gadget is incredibly easy to use and allows you to essentially do (almost) whatever you want afterwards.
