Are you noticing them more after a specific update (ie: the last patch or the one before) or after any changes/updates to your software or drivers? Have you sent in a ticket to support.ubi.com yet? If you can do that and send in your msinfo and dxdiag files we can troubleshoot a bit further.

There was a bug with it showing up for those who owned it as well as those who were trying to purchase and we fixed it with the last patch, (sorry it was left out of the patchnotes!) but yes it is officially back.

I recommend reaching out to Ubisoft Support[support.ubi.com] as they will be able to directly investigate and figure out what is causing the mouse lag.
