Are you missing anything? Or just missing settings? All of your user profile data is stored server side so outside of certain things like visual/graphic/sound/keybinding setup I don't believe anything account-based should have been lost.

This effected all players on all platforms.

It is frustrating but they can be adjusted/set right relatively quickly.

1.) You shouldn't have to re-purchase/unlock anything. They have simply been unequipped and need to be re-equipped, I've found that doing so during the operator selection of a match works well as you don't have to deal with items that you haven't actually unlocked yet. Doing it like this also allows you to not be actually "wasting" any time, since you'd be waiting for the round to start anyway.

I'm not sure I saw a headshot here, I went through on the 50% speed and tried to pinpoint one, but to me it looks like you hit him in the chest. I believe the reason he looks tilted in the kill feed is because he was leaning in the doorway.

And that's not to say your original point is mute, I'm just not sure this case applies

I'd say any of these would work perfectly fine for Bandit's uniform, I'd be very surprised if anyone tried to call you out for it at least

I'm not 100% certain, but it appears to be a leather jacket without a collar and featuring German colors/emblems. The tactical vest he wears covers most of the jacket's torso, but I think you'd be pretty on-point with a leather material.

Not to say lefties aren't awesome (I'm left handed myself, although my right eye is still my dominant eye) but what would be the practical use of implementing this? Since the camera is placed at the center of the operator, it wouldn't effect anything as far as angles or viewpoint.

I believe all the operators are right handed/right eye dominant for the purposes of uniformity and keeping a standard between all characters.
