The ticket was likely reviewed. Right now our policy with teamer reports does not involve following up about the outcome; the support team will take the action they find appropriate.
I have no issue with the Hi-Rez account itself. I just have been using one Xbox Live account more than the Xbox account linked to my Hi-Rez account. I wanted to switch everything over to my new account, so I submitted a ticket to unlink my old account. Apparently it hasn't been gotten to yet.
This actually isn't possible. Once an Xbox / Steam / PlayStation account is linked to your Hi-Rez account, you will not be able to unlink and relink a different account. See https://www.hirezstudios.com/crossplay/.
