The thing is that your friend is probably pumped to have one of their friends playing with him. Even if you're losing it's still a good time to play with your buds. But regardless, the best thing to do is just practice and spend time in the game, you'll pick it up as you go

Hey there,

Your replays are stored in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Demos which you can create a local backup of. However, the local data should not be removed when you uninstall Rocket League, so creating a local backup is not necessary.

I'm afraid there's no secret sauce to this. I get that you're frustrated with this issue, we are too, but there's nothing that we, Psyonix, can do about it.

We've escalated it multiple times to Xbox as this is a platform issue, but there doesn't seem to be any fix in sight.

Hey! We update the game off of peak hours. Evening time in the US is not peak for the game

This sort of behavior should be resolved now after we found and repaired the issue in PsyNet.

Please try restarting your console. If that does not help, you may need to power cycle it.
