Hi /u/Psyonix_Devin, I can confirm that I've been having this issue for the past month or so. However, I do believe that the issue is not at your end. I've successfully been able to complete games if I download cloudflare's WARP app and run the app in WARP mode, which is essentially a glorified VPN.

Additionally, there are also other online games that are causing problems, such as there being no in-game voice chat in PUBG. That was confirmed to me by a community manager that the issue is with regards to blocking of the third party VOIP solution that they use.

Another game that is giving me issues recently is Hunt Showdown, which was working till yesterday but today the game isn't loading into the map at all for me. The only thing that has worked (I tried driver updates and closing all unnecessary programs) was, surprise surprise, running the cloudflare app in WARP mode.
