It was 18 months total dev, but Timbo and Ryan, among others, were discussing it for a while before full design started. Not sure how long Necromancy took.

Hey, I did a job earlier today to add a few more items to the group storage whitelist - imcando mattock included. It's a gradual process and we'll continue to add more items over time!

I think it would be interesting to see higher enrages one day, but a lot of us are glad there was a cap. It gave us a definitive goal and something to strive for, an end goal. Without a cap, that wouldn't be there.

Truth be told, I fixed this as soon as I got back from Australia mid-last week, but unfortunately that narrowly missed the launch window for today's patch notes. Can confirm the fix has completed dev and QA for when release testing next has capacity, though.

Your friend will have received an email yesterday if their invites weren't used before the previous 23rd December deadline. We reopened invitations until 13th January, so please check with them!

That's a fascinating bit of Dev insight! I had always assumed that the dyed items operated this way, with the base item followed by a color config change. But I had no idea the OG items operated that way too!

As graphics have advanced in the game we've moved away from block colors (to an extent as a player you can see the difference turning on/off textures in game (if it stays the same it's probably using the older base colour system)
Stuff like dyed items tend to be retextures not recolours and therefore unfortunately take a lot more time to make
