By points, are you referring to the https://runescape.wiki/w/Shattered_anima you get to spend in the https://runescape.wiki/w/Shattered_Worlds_Reward_Shop?

Following on from https://www.reddit.com/r/runescape/comments/1766sqq/latest_news_on_golden_bamboo/, I'm taking a look at the oft-requested Feeling Pumped mutator in Shattered Worlds.
Similarly, I'd like to work with you to design a long-term solution for Feeling Pumped that's the best balance of gameplay usage and game health.
According to my research, prior to December, Feeling Pumped had this effect:
"You have a 25% chance on hit to feel EPIC, gaining unlimited adrenaline for the next 10 seconds."
and it's currently:

Does it really have to cost 50K Oddments tho? Couldn't the team settle down for 25K or something?
I mean, I get we have plenty of ways to obtain it, but the H'oddments store is full to the brim with cosmetics, there might be no way to get everything you want by using your Daily Keys within Treasure Hunter, unless they give 500 H'oddments per used key.

I made a start looking at Feeling Pumped this week too, but the time trials for golden bamboo ate up more time than I hoped.
Feeling Pumped might get picked up by another dev next week, or I might be reaching out to you to discuss an optimal design solution... but rest assured, there's been some forward momentum.

Yep, Ironmen get H'oddments in lieu of Sweet Enhancers as well as rewards from Smashing Pumpkins and helping Pete with the Daily Rituals instead of some of the rewards on those tables.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but... the reinvigorated Pumpkin Mask prevents Tier 1 and Tier 2 Light Sources from decaying while performing Necromancy Rituals. The ensouled version also prevents Tier 3 Light Sources from decaying.
But why would you bother using T2 or T3 light sources if the T1 ones don't decay anymore? I thought the only difference between the tiers was how quicky they decay?
The tiers refer to the spots on the ritual site, not the level of candle.

Well, we thought we'd ask all the same as they're all within the scope of the time the artists have - I hope we can do more polls too! I'll keep trying to squeeze more opportunities to embed player voice into decisions like these when I can!

A bit off topic, but it is baffling to me that those polls can be found on 3rd-party sites like reddit, facebook and twitter but the official RS3 website nor the in-game poll system has been used for its purpose whatsoever.
I checked in on implementing this as a poll in-game, but we wouldn't be able to provide the illustrative asset to showcase what we mean by each area here, and implementing the poll would add a lot of time (at least a week) to this process. Instead, we polled on every other possible platform, and then that extra time can be spent actually working on the area! I want to do more polls, but the system needs work. I'm not sure on the website's polling system, though. Maybe I can do some digging on that one.
