Update: Nov 25

Following recent server outages which caused disruption when attempting log-in from certain regions, we've been working closely with our system administrators to ensure all players are now able to log back into the game as normal. 

The team has made some minor adjustments to our authentication services to ensure that further reports of disruption when logging in have been rectified. Game stability over the last 48 hours looks promising, and we will continue to monitor stability over the weekend to ensure that things are fully back to normal and to fix them promptly if anything more happens.

Before the weekend, we would like to let you know that we are still in the process of reviewing our make good options for players. Next week, we'll set out and communicate our plan for this as we're still working out some of the technical and delivery details to make this happen.

We're also aware of the ongoing blips with Logins at times over the past couple of days - and we want to reassure you we're on it.

The login systems have since struggled at times and you may therefore have found yourself unable to log in. We have identified what was causing these login systems issues and we believe that it should remain stable barring anything unforeseen happening.

We're keeping a close eye on everything just to be safe of course!

Iirc if you attempt to plant with only a single seed in inv the patch will just auto plant that without any interfaces (is it possible you only withdrew 1 bloodweed & that resulted in you getting the 7)

Login Servers are being investigated for issues currently.

Good news - thanks to the team working super hard behind the scenes, we're happy to announce that our services are back up and running as of now! 🎉

You should now be able to log into the game as usual. Thank you so much for your patience whilst we worked to get these issues resolved today.

\NOTE* Some parts of the service will need more work before we can fully restore their functionality, which will take place later in the day on November 23rd.*
- UK Worlds, Lobbies and Asset Servers will be offline.
- Clan Citadels may not be accessible at this time
- Account Appeals will not be available

Another quick update -

Testing is progressing swiftly and we're still very much looking good. We'll check back in a little later when testing completes.

Further update for you this evening -

We have completed the work to get our services into the testing and validation phase (which has happened without issue), so initial testing is about to take place.

This process will take some time to make sure everything is as it should be before we proceed any further, but everything is on track at this time.

Just checking in to say the work is currently proceeding as expected so far this evening. Once that work completes, we're into the testing and validation phase.

No change in our ETA to report as yet but we'll keep you updated!
